Quest Caroline Springs took home top honours as Business of the Year at the WestWaters Hotel City of Melton Business Excellence Awards and also won Leaders in Sustainability Award.

Manager Natalie Bui received the award on behalf of her team at the gala dinner held at Tabcorp Park last Friday.

The awards celebrate the achievements and innovation of businesses in Melton and provide an opportunity for residents and customers to acknowledge the contribution local businesses make to the local economy.

Quest impressed the judges with its diversified product offering, constant improvements such as modernising and upgrading suites, the implementation of new technologies and the provision of specialised customer service.

The business is known for its collaborative approach in identifying growth opportunities among corporate, community groups and training providers as well as tap into regional development projects such as Ravenhall Prison.

More than 35 finalists competed for honours across 10 categories, ranging from Best New and Emerging Business through to the prestigious WestWaters Hotel City of Melton Business of the Year award.

House of Kukla Hair and Beauty Salon swooped up the Mayoral Achievement Award and team member Ebony Paris-Webb named Apprentice of The Year. Best Access for All Abilities went to Cat Napping Suburban Retreat,  last year’s big winners Abey Australia won Leaders in Innovation and Ringside Boxing and Fitness Gym took home the People’s Choice Award.

Last year’s Business of the Year, Caroline Springs Pharmacy, remained on the winners’ list, taking out Best Retail Business.

Star Weekly is the proud media sponsor of the Melton Business Excellence Awards.
