St Albans man dies following motorised scooter collision

A St Albans man has died in hospital following a motorised scooter collision in St Albans on May 23.

Police have been told a man was riding the scooter along Arthur Street, when it appears he collided with a vehicle about 4.40pm on May 16.

The rider, a 45-year-old St Albans man, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The man died in hospital as a result of his injuries.

Investigations into the collision are ongoing and investigators will prepare a report for the coroner.
